I sent the item back and then had to keep chasing them just to get my refund. Support wasn’t really helpful either... they kept giving me vague answers, and the whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have. it was just stressful, and yeah... I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Premium Outlets again.

My order showed up quicker than I expected, which was nice. The tracking updated most of the time, though I did check it a few times wondering if anyone else gets a little impatient waiting too. Overall, smooth experience

I went in expecting some actual outlet deals, but the discounts felt kinda fake. Like, the prices didn’t seem that much better than regular stores tbh.

I ordered one size and ended up getting the wrong one. When I tried to get it replaced, they said the correct size was out of stock too. Maybe it was just bad timing, but something feels off when the item shows as available and then neither the original order nor the replacement works out.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a small bag from Simon Premium Outlets, i’m happy with how it all turned out. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it also didn’t feel painfully slow, so no real complaints there.

Both items look legit to me. The tags, box, and packaging were all there, and the quality feels exactly like what I’d expect from the brands. No weird smell, no messy stitching, nothing that made me second-guess the purchase.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because the tracking update came through a little late, and customer service took about a day to get back to me. Still, overall I had a good experience and I’d definitely consider ordering again.
